We've made a lot of progress since the beginning of the year on defining our global purpose, and we are delighted to unveil the new OpenAg brand expression. The new brand brings our OpenAg purpose to life, activating its ambition to sustainably transform agriculture across the planet.
We're tremendously excited to unveil our new identity and vision to the world. The OpenAg brand represents new promise in agriculture. The logo itself is a living entity, symbolizing our business's commitment to creating open agriculture for connected, sustainable growth.
UPL's acquisition of Arysta LifeScience has put us in a stronger position to help secure the best future for farmers — and all of agriculture. For North America specifically, our broader portfolio of crop protection technologies, hybrid platforms and biosolutions will bring even stronger integrated solutions to help growers be more productive — and profitable.
