For the first time in 2020, the UPL Northern Grower Rewards Program offers products for multiple crops in the Northern Plains states. The program, which runs from now until August 31, 2020, offers cash-back rebates for numerous products in three different categories of UPL crop protection solutions.
Growers need only purchase minimum qualifying acres of at least two different products to earn up to $5.00 per-acre rebates. Product categories include herbicides, fungicides, and seed treatment products.
Eligible geography for the program includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, and Washington.
“Our focus is the wheat market, but our new grower program expands across wheat growers’ rotational crops,” says Kathleen Seitzinger, US Row Crops Marketing Lead for Northern Crops. “In addition to wheat, the program offers products for corn, soybeans, and pulses, so we cover that grower for multiple needs.”
The program includes herbicides such as EVEREST® 3.0, PRE-PARE®, INTERLINE®, MOCCASIN® MTZ, and MOCCASIN II PLUS. Among the fungicides in the program are ZOLERA® FX, EVITO®, TEPERA®, and TEPERA PLUS. Seed treatment products include RANCONA® SUMMIT, RANCONA V RTU, and RANCONA CREST.
“Fungicides like ZOLERA FX and TEPERA PLUS may be used in both corn and soybeans, whereas the seed treatments cross three or four crop categories,” adds Seitzinger. “We are excited to offer our growers greater ways to save on this year’s purchases.”
